Fees
Fees for services are guided by the recommendations of The Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia (APNS) and Nova Scotia College of Social Workers. As such, Barbara MacLean's fee is $210 per clinical hour and Emily McLean's is $150 per clinical hour. Generally, 50 minutes are spent in work together, while 10 minutes are reserved for updating the file. |
While cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, we would ask that you please give as much notice as circumstances allow, so that we may offer the reserved time to someone else.

Insurance Coverage
Nova Scotia’s Medical Services Insurance (MSI) does not provide coverage for private mental health services. However, many people find that all, or a percentage of their expenses can be covered by their health benefits plan, such as provided by Medavie Blue Cross, Manulife, Great West Life, Sunlife, etc. Also, some Employee Assistance Plans provide varying coverage for professional fees. You might contact your benefits service provider to determine what services are funded and available to you. A receipt will be issued to you to submit to your insurance company. |
